Chad Lariscy, born and raised in Blue Ridge and residing in Blairsville now for over 20 years, is definitely no stranger to life in the North Georgia Mountains. His knowledge of the area as well as his background in real estate makes him an excellent team owner, manager and motivator of The Mountain Life Team. Chad primarily works with sellers as a Listing Specialist where he utilizes his heavy marketing skills to sell your home. He has been enjoying the challenges and competition of the real estate market for 8 years as a licensed agent. One of his greatest joys he receives from this business is the lifelong friendships that are made and knowing that he helped to make people's mountain living dreams come true.  Before Chad worked in real estate, he was owner of a furniture, appliance and lighting company in Blue Ridge for 10 years. He also contracted to build mountain homes and cabins for many years in North Georgia. This helped him gain knowledge in the real estate business as well. Knowing that he enjoyed homes and people, Chad felt that real estate would be a perfect fit for him. He also believes in being very active in the community. He belongs to the National Association of Realtors, SFR and ePRO Designations. He was a Charter Member for the Rotary Club of Blue Ridge, where he received the Rotarian of the Year award as well as becoming a Paul Harris Fellow. He has joined the Blairsville-Union County Chamber Board in 2014. The Mountain Life Team also serves as members of the Gilmer, Fannin, Union and Towns Chambers of Commerce. Chad has been married to his beautiful wife Kristi for over 20 years! They have 3 children...Madison (17), Bryson (13) and Kaden (6 - Bonus Baby).  Chad enjoys spending time with his family in many ways including coaching his children's ball teams. He and his family are very active in church and strive each day to live a God centered life. Playing golf is an activity that he thoroughly enjoys as well. He truly sees real estate as something he loves, therefore, being with his customers and clients gives him great satisfaction.

I love spending time with my Family, and watching my children play sports. I have a passion for Photography and Videography, and spend a great deal of time creating Aerial Videography with my Drones. I enjoy spending time Outdoors in the North Georgia Mountains. Golf is a game I play to spend time with Family and Friends. Quiet time in God's Word has become more and more important in my life and I am striving to be better today than I was yesterday in helping and serving others more so than myself.
